During drying processes, belt conveyors ensure that leather is transported without deformation. Special conveyor belts used in tunnel drying and vacuum drying lines are designed with heat- and moisture-resistant structures. These systems minimize unwanted deformations such as waviness and shrinkage on the leather surface.

In dyeing and finishing lines, belt conveyors ensure stable and controlled leather movement throughout processing operations. During spray coating, dyeing, and surface finishing applications, conveyor speed and transport stability are critical for the homogeneous distribution of chemicals. For this reason, belt conveyors used in finishing lines are integrated with automation systems featuring precise speed control.

During cutting, packaging, and shipment stages, belt conveyors enable fast and organized transportation of finished leather products. Modular belt systems are generally preferred at this stage to increase line flexibility. Controlled conveying provides significant advantages in damage-free packaging and shipment preparation.
